Over the years, NMOA has evolved into a vibrant community of orthopaedic professionals committed to learning, innovation, and service. This progress is a reflection of the unwavering support, active participation, and shared vision of our members. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for making NMOA a dynamic and inclusive platform.

This year, our academic agenda is both ambitious and enriching. We will continue our tradition of monthly clinical meetings, emphasizing real-world case discussions and evidence-based practices. Our guest lecture series will feature distinguished experts who will share insights into cutting-edge advancements in orthopaedics. Additionally, hands-on workshops and cadaveric training sessions are planned to enhance surgical skills and confidence across all levels of experience.

The much-anticipated NMOACON will once again serve as the pinnacle of our academic and social calendar. With a blend of high-quality scientific content and engaging cultural programs, it promises to be a celebration of knowledge, fellowship, and professional camaraderie.
